And I'm looking forward to some time off to not do anything in a few weeks. Been dealing with some lows emotionally, but trying to keep going. Really hoping this new place frees up my finances some.

I've had a crazy month, went on a trip, moved,(still am moving, but hopefully that'll be done tomorrow), and I spent a lot of free time knitting a sweater i finished tonight just in time for it to be nearly 70 degrees tomorrow. I'm exhausted from the last several months.

Crinoids are the state fossil of Missouri and most of them look like someone dropped a roll of Smarties, but this one is the most kickass crinoid ever.

Throw back Thursday, two pieces made 10 years apart that in still extremely proud of. The Thorin's map was made in 2013 and Saint 14 and the wish dragon (based on @sketchmatters.bsky.social ) was made in 2023. Both hand embroidery.

I feel like people think "birds are dinosaurs" is a weird fun fact that is "technically true" but I don't know how to emphasize that there are tens of thousands of species of theropod dinosaur on the planet with us right now. People keep them AS PETS.
