This solves basically every issue a workplace could have except "unlimited money when", which is a manufactured issue from the greedy in the first place.

And if everyone could live without needing to work, that would leave the workplace full of people who actually WANT to be there, which would result in better results and a higher level of productivity and positivity overall.

Honestly, that's how many iconic lines are created in the first place. Someone wrote a story and remembered something that their childhood friend or weirdo family member said a lot, thought it was fun, and added it to the script. Instant requotability.
