We developed LeGO-3D, an experimental and computational pipeline integrating optical barcoding, vessel casting, tissue clearing, and #lightsheet #microscopy to visualise how breast cancer cells metastasise and interact with the blood vessels in 3D.

I’m super excited to share that my PhD work is now out in npj Imaging (@natureportfolio.nature.com)! 🔬
