Brilliant, and chilling. And as I monitor television news coverage of Trump today, there is almost nothing on this.
You’d think that the Senate, famously described as a place where everyone looks in the mirror and sees a future president, would have one ambitious Democrat who would see their opportunity here.
I think Americans, blessed with relatively stable government for a long time, assume there is someone, some adult, who will step in and make things right before the President does anything REALLY bad.
There’s not.
