Looking at the results by counties, A LOT of registered voters did not participate in the counties that Shawn won.
No expert for sure BUT IF GOTV team works on Catoisa, Cobb, Pauldinh and Harris counties, 10k to 20k in each could bring this home for @shawnforcongress.bsky.social
