1gw of actual solar capacity (at 5acres/mythawatt) will require 25,000 acres of land. (39 square miles)

A gw of actual wind capacity, using 2mw windmills, will require 2,500 windmills. At 40 acres per windmill that is about 150 square miles.

A 1gw CHP might need 50 acres

At some point I think fed regulation of wheeling may be required. I'd rather let utility and generators like Amazon work thus out in the market with regs as last resort.

I think bottom line is thatafter an unsettled period (3-5yrs?) we are going to see consumer/commercial/in rates plunge as CHP becomes more widespread and better understood by the public and as more Chp power is sold into the grid.
