The town where I grew up on Long Island is split between Suozzi’s district 3 and Gillen’s district 4. They are two of the seven. Been asking all my friends and family to call their offices. Makes me even more angry that the reps from my former county are assisting in terrorizing my current home.

Saint Paul is a bit colder than Montreal in Nov/Dec and a bit warmer in Feb/Mar. Both cities average sub-0°C lows from mid-Nov through Mar and sub-0°C highs from Dec through Feb.
Grass: Minnesota, Toronto, Montreal, Colorado, and Chicago have heated fields. RSL doesn't.
Turf: VAN and NE have heating systems, POR and SEA do not.
So RSL would likely need the biggest stadium upgrades. Maybe RBNY as well. And many of these teams will need to overhaul their practice facilities.
The USMNT hosted Honduras at Allianz Field in February of 2022. It was 3°F with a -16° wind chill. Hopefully, they limit those situations by scheduling the northern teams to play mainly in warmer climates in Feb/Mar, but I'd hate to go 3 months in the middle of the season without a home match.
I’m a transplant from NY, but the main thing I’ve learned about being a MN sports fan in the last 9 years is that we are ALWAYS nervous, especially when our teams are playing well.

The Western Conference is so tight that the Loons can *mathematically* still end up anywhere from 2nd to 13th. Would be overjoyed with 9th at this point.
