Hola!
Honestly I can find it a bit intimidating running in a campaign setting that is so well established with lore. I donβt mind scrapping existing canon but sometimes Iβve gotten flak if I stream it to the masses.
Also I donβt think Iβve been in an online game is like a year and a half maybe?
Just submitted my new character for a new Feywild game.
Let's see if the GM approves M2 T45TY for the campaign.
I hadnβt come up with one yet but saying βMuffin Manβ lines wouldnβt get old for me.
One of our players has decided they wanted to run more Feywild adventures after WBtW. I found a cleric domain of candy online so Iβm basically playing a cupcake monstrosity of a warforged candy cleric.
Baked good heals for the win.
Because when else would I get away with this ridiculousness.
My point beingβdonβt be afraid to say no and let people go who donβt jive with the group vibe.
We had a new player at our table. They didnβt mesh at all with our play style or other players. We RP heavy and the rules are bent often.
After two weeks they reached out and said βI donβt like how you run the game, but Iβm bored and want to keep playingβ.
I appreciate honesty but no.
Showed a former work friend my YouTube finally after talking about D&D and it was fun to hear them enjoy a game they knew nothing about (in this case, Blades in the Dark) but enjoying the storytelling.
Also sharing your personal endeavors with βreal worldβ people is anxiety AF, yβall.
We must find a party, then.
Yeah we should try it sometime.
It can be BRUTAL if the dice fall the wrong way, but otherwise I enjoy it. Combat is definitely interesting and deadly. Travel actually feels like it means something. Overall itβs been good.
Photo of my Rohirrim from The One Ring TRRPG.
Weβve been alternating me running D&D (Call of the Netherdeep currently) and another player running The One Ring TTRPG. I went Rohirrim this time bb. π΄
And one more:
A Wretched & Alone solo journal game, Echoes explores the darker side of the psyche and is an homage to Silent Hill.
This is on my saevrick.itch.io/echoes page but hey, it's free there too so..
I guess I should throw out my lowly freebies:
A Honey Heist hack--except your cranium rats in the City of Sigil. And it's free. Cheddar Off Dead:
Oh wonderful, thank you for the assistance and advice π
Guess I should make my first post here finally--migrating to the platform and looking for moots in the TTRPG space or new frens. π
