Pixel art illustration day 2. My friend wanted a lil pixel art version of herself too. 30 mins. There’s things I’d fix for sure. Learning what is and isn’t redundant without a reference is an issue when drawing from my head. Mad respect for high level pixel artists out there who mastered minimalism

we should save money by giving unhoused people apartments and subsidizing poor people

Yooo, this was so fun! Yesterday while on a road trip I made my own pixel art brush on procreate and was messing around. I love pixel art and had no expectations but I wound up with this cute lil self portrait. Different numbers are different layers where I tried new things.

I’d make a soup of sorts. Get some garlic bread to pair with it!

Something I took away from it were the issues that come from being chronically online, such as the dangers of misinformation & experiencing mental health struggles. It has strong themes of disassociation, and was giving "animatrix" IMO. 2/2
