i've played like 10 hours of 2025 and it's a huge letdown. graphics aren't improved at all, same boring fetch quests, and they still refuse to implement any of the QoL changes everyone's been asking for
Its a gloomy day. Rain pour, working. Just want to relax.
Playing through a bit of Metroid again, and a thought hit me. With Samus canonicslly being part Metroid for a few games, does that mean the old "Why can't Metroid crawl" jokes actually make sense now?
I finally sat down and started back on my main creative project, and advanced that series by one video and now I'm going to reward myself by working on one of the ones I wanted to make. I can't wait to finish this original thing so I can make some more fun videos.
More ideas flowing through about videos I want to make. I've been playing through a lot of the Ace Attorney series again, and man, did I miss it.
But one character in particular bothered me.
Spark Brushel. He wasn't a hugely terrible character, but his look bothered me to no end.
It's sad that a lot of people don't consider video games a form of art, and are unable to appreciate the value that this medium provides, especially with so many great examples.
Nothing like being up and ready for work at 5:30am when work starts in 3 hours, having pancakes and breakfast sausage and turning on some bushcraft survival videos to pass the time slowly. One day I hope I can do bushcraft. I gotta lose weight and train up for some stamina.
Wish I had this back when I worked back in retail lol. Would have made those jobs so much better.
I kind of miss the beach aesthetic from 2000's video games. I wonder if that's why I wish to live near a beach in my retirement.
So I've been cleaning my house like crazy so that when my girlfriend comes over, she has a clean house to come to, but I've also been thinking lately about how crazy my life had been up to this point.
I went from divorced, to having a new inspiring woman in my life, who I am so happy with.
Yeah, I've been debating deleting Twitter because at this point as most of what I see on there is the worst of humanity. The only reason I haven't is because there's a few nice meme accounts that I like looking at that aren't so bad plus a few people that only use it that I talk with there.
God do I love speedrunning games. After 3 years of playing this game, I finally earned a World Record.

It won't be a whole Super vs GT debate thing, but as a standalone part of DB I think most people will really only slack it for being slow paced. That's really all I can think of that's wrong with it. The rest is pretty good.
As much as I'm not keeping up with Dragon Ball Daima, I think that this is a divisive DB series. I see a lot of people shower hate on this because it's not what Z or Super is.
I do think however that once everything is done, and some time to process it has passed, it will be looked at fondly.
Starting to get a feeling of playing Ace Attorney again. I need to get the two trilogies on Switch, plus Investigations since those have peaked my interest.
Mannnnnn, right when I get one thing done, another thing needs done immediately after. I gotta order another set of blinds so I can make my sunroom not look in an extremely poor condition. Loving home renovation.
Okay but why is Dandadan so goof? Like yeah it has some problematic early scenes from what I have seen but like, the rest of this is actually amazing, and I really enjoy the relationship that develops so far between Ken and Momo.

Just finished Daima Episode 6 and man, I still just absolutely love the fact again that when Goku knows he's better than you at fighting, he will disrespect you at it.
I wish my voice was just a bit deeper sounding tbh. Every time I get on the phone to speak with customers they always call me ma'am. The twist is that I am a Cis-male.
