Something else that would be really cool is to have something similar for companies in which we're looking to get hired. It could show things like layoffs, business growth potential, ranking....

I have a MacBook Pro from 2019 and I was about to reinstall the OS on because it was running very sluggish. I did some research and found a Reddit post where someone suggested to turn off the graphics setting (see attached). Much Better!
System Settings > Battery > Options
