Or I should say what the files are telling me is that immediate outcry witnesses are treated by the FBI investigators as very strong evidence the allegations are serious and probably true, if the rest of the narrative is holding up.

Kind of depressing reading in the Epstein files about outcry witnesses. If a victim tells another person about a rape right after it happens, it's basically always true. If it's decades later, it may still be true, but it's contested.

There is a comparison to the southern politicians that enforced Jim Crow laws & the entire cruel and racist apparatus of the state that they controlled when they turned fire hoses and dogs on to the civil rights protestors for weeks on end. I'd even say there's a direct line from then to now.
