I feel really privileged to live in Canada…but it’s horrible to watch women fighting for their rights again in the US. Women in other parts of the world are still little more than property with no autonomy at all. So much change is necessary it’s hard not to despair.

You’ll be better for it…I drink a lot of tea but usually only one cup of coffee in the morning. Were you noticing caffeine bothering you?

I haven’t met an herbal or fruit tea I’ve ever really liked…just give me a good black tea
