In Tatiana Schlossberg’s beautiful and devastating article about dying, she wrote a paragraph about the NYC nurses who cared for her. These same nurses are on strike today demanding fair wages and more robust staffing.

A phylogeny of the 7 ape genomes that have now been completed from "T2T", with Homer Simpson representing mankind.
A project five years in the making, we've now published complete "T2T" genomes for six additional ape species! It turns out that finishing (and analyzing) six genomes is slightly more work than one... doi.org/10.1038/s415...

When I started working on our social media strategy, I knew it wasn't enough to just post facts about genomics research. We wanted to build a relationship with our followers! I learned that you can be incredibly weird on social and still have an important message that people will remember.
