We started laughing because the eye first sees the beautiful shiny multicolored eggs at the bottom, then they just keep on going to infinity!πŸ˜† We have chickens too. We understand. Beautiful bounty from your girls❣️

No one person should have to do all of that back-breaking work. If we centered our priorities around to caring for those who cannot care for themselves there would be tons of jobs, short shifts of work, caregivers would have much needed breaks and healthcare for themselves.

Proposed constitutional amendment would put abortion back on the Kansas ballotΒ  β€’ Kansas Reflector A Kansas Republican is again looking for a path to stop abortion in the state through a proposal saying life begins at conception.

HERE WE GO AGAIN, KANSAS. Ffs, why don't these jerks take NO for an answer??? They are never satisfied. Now would be a good time to organize a statewide women's strike, withholding labor and sex until this gets put away. #ksleg

I had an instance of that myself. Very odd, slightly unnerving, gotta be AI looking for certain topics don't you think?

Sometimes i take old seed packets and put them all together in a jar with a shaker lid and just go spreading them near water, maybe rake them in. Had pumpkins growing in a ditch by a creek one year. Arugula inbetween pavers on the front walk. Blue sage everywhere! Lol Good medicine

This. The victims deserve justice and the world will be better for it if we can stand up to the lawless jerks.

It is happening in Kansas too. My husband ran (lifelong Dem) in 2016 and 2020, we knew he wouldn't win (rural KS) but helped organize other Dems. Recently 2 new candidates called asking for endorsement-both have only recently switched to Dem.They are trying to take over what little strength we have.

That was the whole point. Only the damage we've already done to our planet and thus ourselves is irreparable.

Mom's family farm came from The New Deal, before that they were sharecroppers-13 children! All 6 boys fought in WWII. Aunt Mary's (Dad's sister) family farm was a grant from the King of England-7 children in her generation. Aunt Gennie was a city girl from northern WV with a very keen mind-no sibs.

They all lived through the Great Depression, married, had children and never stopped working to make other's lives better. Mom and Aunt Mary were born and raised on farms with many siblings. Aunt Mary used to go into the coal hollers of WV with my grandfather to organize the miners. Mom was a VA RN.

Photo of my Mom at 93yo, sitting in a wheelchair in front of a wall of books. She is grinning infectuously at the camera while holding a placemat over her bib (lol). She has beautiful short white hair and a bright red top on, and is pointing at something with her fork.

My Aunt Mary in the foreground grinning conspiratorially at the camera. She has graying curled hair and glasses. She is drying a dish. In the background right behind her is an unknown person. In the far background is my Aunt Gennie with her back to the camera washing dishes. She has on a floral dress and short graying hair.

For #InternationalWomensDay i wanted to highlight three important rebels in my life. My Mom, my Aunt Mary and my Aunt Gennie. Mom and Aunt Mary were nurses, Aunt Gennie was secretary to a bank president. They all had many challenges in life yet they persevered. I miss them and owe them so much.✊️🫢

A billion dollars a day would educate, feed, house and provide healthcare for a whole lot of people. Until the pilots, munitions makers, and the media stop what they are doing this will continue. WHAT WE ALLOW WILL CONTINUE.

This nurse kindly advises you to deep clean your environment and try to keep it clean. The dirtiest place in your house is usually your kitchen sink. Hope you feel better soon!

A huge sycamore tree with a cinderblock birdfeeder at it's base. Behind it is a spring green pasture with a black cow. The creek is flowing, fed by the spring flowing into it.

Spring has sprung with the recent rain and is #flowing everywhere making the grass green and the cows happy. Even the frogs are happy here in SE Kansas. Thank you for being here #BlueskyArtShow!

Half of a big red sun behind a bare tree with a pink sky above. In the foreground is a hill, a pasture with long brown grass and a big black cow with a white face looking at me.

Just wanted to share the last moments of #sunset here in SE Kansas tonight. It is 70⁰ and we are in a tornado watch with showers coming and going. Our cows love this weather cause the grass is reappearing, nice and green!
