Gagliardi clearly ahead of his time.
Gagliardi clearly ahead of his time.
Not as easy as they thought it was.
Theyβve had some good guests recently. The Bromley guy was also excellent.
I was there. The crowd were not happy with him.
I donβt bother with subtitles for football as it blocks the action and the commentary (for Notts at least) is usually awful. Sky keep talking about Rushcliffe whenever I watch.
How did Gagliardi miss this guy #notts aleagues.com.au/videos/id/ow...
Section on erratic refereeing decisions at the weekend but strangely no reference to Mr Drysdaleβs perfirmance at Bromley. #notts www.theguardian.com/football/202...
Congratulations
Iβm sure they do. The side is set up to play to their strengths and is successful. Iβm sure theyβd like to play for a top Premier League team but success at a decent level must feel good.
He was excellent previewing the match on Notts County Talk during the week. Well worth a listen.
π¨THE VERDICTπ¨
I deliver the FBWL post-match verdict following Bromley's 1-1 draw with promotion rivals Notts County.
Bromley are now 13 games unbeaten and four points clear at the top of League Two.

Initial contact looked outside and allowed the ball to run away from Jodi but final contact that brought him down was inside. As every recent Notts manager appears to have said at some point, donβt give the referee a decision to make.
Why is is Woodman complaining about the penalty? He clearly tripped Jodi who was past him. Stupid challenge as the ball was lost, but still a foul. Why wasnβt he booked?
Neither did Pato if you listen to his post match. Told by someone at that end of the terrace it was a stone cold penalty. #notts
And he was excellent. Always available, taking pressure off the defence and knocking balls through for Dennis, Jodi & Tom to run at their defenders.
Youβll fit right in
I suspect that it is a regular occurrence when heβs playing and there are many similar examples. I donβt think heβd have done it in the late 80s when Paul Hart was playing centre half for Notts.
Wasnβt that when he was playing for Barnet against Wrexham in the NL?
Donβt forget theyβre Danish. Their culture is subtly different.
He played 11 matches before injury so not that early in the season. Iβm surprised they didnβt give him chance to recover. Mansfield will obviously be expecting him to be available.
Good for him. Heβll hopefully get some minutes and continue his development. Amazed Wycombe let him go back to Spurs.
If heβs worried about them restarting after breaks in play, it might be a good idea not to tell his keeper to feign injury when theyβre under pressure.
Offensively Nemane was better but Gordon helped make us better defensively whilst still offering something in attack. Recruiting our right sided wingback & attacking midfield player from the season we shipped goals has held Milton Keynes back.
Other than when injured, Gordon has made most match day squads this season and got on the pitch for most. I donβt disagree with the decision to let him go, but feel his contribution has been undervalued. He was a reliable performer and created a couple of goals which was better than many.
In our dreams. At least it would remove cost from our wage bill and allow Cotter to play football again.
Could become a really good transfer window #notts
Browne is several injuries from a place on the bench and will probably not influence of chances of promotion. A decent window but we need a proven attacking midfield player capable of starting for it to become a good one.
The situation has changed since last night with Ndlovu signing. Correcting a mistake last summer, signing the third striker we needed then are positives. Enoru is exciting and offered something different but will only be an impact sub this season.
