Somehow Google made the one thing that allowed me to safely control music and make calls when I'm in my car without ever looking off the road worse. If I long press on wired headphones/aux cable. I shouldn't be prompted to type on my phone to request searches. It's genuinely nonsensical.

A friend of mine who runs these things always repeats something to me along the lines of "Playtests and Research isn't for telling you the right thing to do, it's to confirm to you that your assumptions are correct and that your intentions are getting through to the players" and that's stuck with me

imo playtesting should be in service of your vision, not deciding what the vision should be
