you have to learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. you absolutely need to learn how to deal with discomfort or it will make your life so much more difficult. if you always allow yourself to crumble or flee the minute things are difficult or unsettling, you'll never learn to overcome them.

Sounds similar to what I've been going through these past two years - what might help is exploring old interests to reconnect to, engage in new series, media, books, etc. Heck, even making shapes or lines for even 5 minutes.. something small. I hope you feel better and come back rejuvenated 🙏
