I sent all the Info also via email and the answered that it was nibbed in the but via email/support ticket.
If their story is true it seems like they handled it well. For me it's an "on watch" situation.
Unfortunately they aren't fabricated :( I got those postcards too. It wasn't ABU but their German warehouse. I brought it up here on Bluesky and the support made it very clear that they never signed of on it and they forbid the German warehouse from doing so again.
