Hazel gave me attitude tonight and when I told her to watch her mouth she really hit me with "then YOU watch YOURS"
the fact that my child is currently alive and remains unharmed is an astronomical win
Today I made butter, baked banana bread, sourdough, sandwich bread, burger buns
...and my 6-year-old still had a meltdown at the end of the day because I wouldn't bake a cake with her at 6pm 🥴

Super easy. Fasting is never fun because you will be under anesthesia, but I woke up to a new nose! They said mine was, in their words, "deviated all over the place" so it was very validating to hear that breathing so shallow out of my nose was never normal
got my deviated septum fixed last night and am now in bed, face full of pain, taking hydrocodone and eating a bacon sandwich. AMA
