To make "The Black Pirate," a special camera was used that shot two rolls of film side-by-side. The combination of red-orange and blue-green produces a painterly and subdued color, especially in contrast with later, brighter Technicolor. 3/4

Not sure how treatment interruptions would affect the development of resistance.
The usual mechanisms of resistance to medications by viruses, bacteria, fungi, etc. probably apply. The high rate of generations in viruses, and tolerance of acellular "sort-of life" to mutations make them especially dangerous if tested by attempts to exterminate them.
What are the mechanisms of drug resistance they're working on? HIV is lysogenic, and can hide in the host genome for decades. I assume the problem mentioned here is resistance after the virus becomes active?
