Had a conversation with a fellow Fürth fan the other day and were talking about adopting the US model of stopping the clock when the whistle blows.
Consensus was that games would take way too long and people prefer the current under-two hours from kickoff to final whistle.

I did the math quickly, so it's give or take 3-4 people, but if we gerrymander every state that had their legislature + governor run by the same party, and then keep the split states the same, we get

202 democrats

This doesn't take into account states that have anti-gerrymandering
