When we were kids, my sister came back from a sleepover with a new saying; 'don't yuck other people's yums'. It's now a staple in all our adult households to the point where I heard one of my husband's raid friends say 'Not yo yuck your yum, but...'. 😆❤️

Kindness is deeper and is something done often without thought. Nice makes you feel good for doing it, while kind makes others feel good and/or appreciated with no obligation to return the act.
Here in NY, we are kind. We curse at our friends and are blunt, but we will tear down walls to help each other. A stranger getting robbed here will cause lots of 911 calls and a few randoms stopping to help.
Summary; nice is a surface act, something done often for show or for etiquette.
This will include broad generalizations. I'm from NY, I briefly lived in IL which is how I discovered the difference between nice and kind. Out west and down south, they are nice. They bless your heart, and use proper manners. They also won't bat an eye at a stranger getting robbed.

True. I personally love the originals and classic black and whites.
My niece is 13, she has trouble watching old media because it's not smooth enough. Black and white means a lot of her friends won't 'waste their time' with it. It's sad, but the badly added color can help attract a younger audience who are just now finding these things.

I have been with her a minimum of 3 days a week (even without my husband) for the past 3 weeks of hospital fiasco. I am tired and dinner is no longer fresh. He'll get back hopefully by ten to eat and pass out.
I love them, but I'm tired and was so excited to feed my husband a meal from my childhood.
she was handling mom care. Just as the food started smelling good, he had to leave. To drive to his Mom's, where his aunt is, to get a medication his aunt forgot to bring yesterday, to the rehab where Mom just entered.
The rehab is a 40 minute drive from us, his mom's house is 20 minutes away.

It's okay to say no. It is good to prioritize yourself. I'm bad at self care, so lately my statement to myself is 'you can't make that pup happy tomorrow if you hurt yourself trying too hard today'. Don't try too hard, instead just look at what you need for you now to get to tomorrow. 🫂

I'm truly enjoying today. Stayed up late last night enjoying a @dropkickmurphys.com show with my husband (he almost never goes to shows with me because of his dislike of crowds). He encouraged me to get all the anti nazi/anti ice shirts I wanted too! Now we've spent the day relaxing in the same room
