A huge mental barrier Iβve had to overcome is the idea that a small about of cardio isnβt worth my timeβ¦ Iβve taken months-long breaks from running over the years simply because I couldnβt fit 4-8 mile runs into my schedule. How backwards is that? 1 mile, 3, or 10β¦ get out there and do it! #runchat
