I don't know enough about NYC politics to know whether or not Mamdani faces the same political infrastructure as Johnson in Chicago. Fifty alderpersons is great for representative government but I imagine it makes it more difficult to deliver on large promises, maybe Mamdani can just "do stuff"?

Some real snowflakes in this thread. Assault? Branch was (understandably) frustrated and trying to get off the field. Mahomes and JuJu wouldn’t let him go, initiating contact and trying to force him to give a handshake or whatever. Maybe if they wouldn’t have engaged, JuJu wouldn’t have “found out”.
