I'm working on some nest upgrades. New mattress yesterday and plans to make my little world more colourful. I had a weekend away and I always come back so full of ideas only to not do anything!!
Since C-PTSD therapy I'm working hard on just being comfortable with myself. I am not a priority to anyone, my phone can lie silent for hours but there's a peace to this acceptance instead of constantly thinking "What about me?" I'm not bored. People can come and go. I'm in my nest and I like it.
I've been gradually disconnecting from social media and frequently forget this place exists. I do like the empty space to empty my brain a little. As an ADHDer I'm a relentless chatterbox

They are for the amount I skewed the recipe 😂 I can't really complain about the pain it was much worse before I had surgery so I count it as a win.
Oat and chocolate chip cookies. Vegan, of course. Recipe from Monkey and Me blog and messed with by me to use what I have not what I need.

One of the things I've listened to most is Grandma's Smuzi who do metal covers in Ukrainian. They are so good. Bob Vylan has also been a fave this year.
I've not got a clue what mine will be this year. Last year was all about Volbeat but I've hardly listened to them while they have been on hiatus.

I will never again go to the bathroom alone. Ronnie was very intrigued by my bath. He did come over to flick water at me. I test my hair dye colour on the tiles and don't clean it off. I'm not sorry.
