I'm sorry to say but you have been written off by the rest of the World, except maybe Russia and Israel, which keep holding on purely for their own, selfish reasons.
Nobody likes a bully that is doing its bullying on money borrowed from those it now bullies.
The future of the US won't be pretty.

Yes, it was a rhetoric question.
The real question is how can that continue for so long?
The writing has been on the wall since the Nazi salute.

Well, it has been already widely reported that sanctions HAVE been lifted, and India has started buying.
So what is it?

Finally a right-wing leadership person has defined what is "woke".
It's been very, very hard so far.
Thanks Farage. Now we know. </sarcasm>

If cars are on decline, robotaxis just a handful and robot timeline stretched to god know how far, how come the valuation is still in the clouds?
The battery space has tons of competition, with equal sales, and 1/100th of value. And the Chinese robots appear superior TODAY.
Somebody explain please?

There will be a lot of these guys trying to whitewash their past when all dust has settled.
Unfortunately, as the social media has morphed the audience's memory into gold fish mode, they may succeed.

With ICE doing wantun arrests, killings and disappearings, I'm not convinced that the US still belongs to the "free world" block.

Maybe he shouldn't make such a fuss about it in public?
On the other hand, this matches with the history of fortunate (for Ukraine) public revelations made by various Russian entities.

There's a huge difference of running your local copy of LLM or some hyper-leveraged version in the cloud that tracks every word you type.
This is not changing any time soon.

This administration is very open over the crimes, war and otherwise, that they are conducting. They actually brag about them on TV repeatedly.
What the rest of the World thinks of Americans depends on whether these crimes will ever be punished or not.
Looking at the Epstein case, I'm sceptical.

They both bank on the fact that the audience has a memory of a goldfish, thanks to the social media overload.
Black is white if you say it loud enough, and repeat it enough many times.

It is amazing how openly gullible these presumably "top level" people are.
Always siding with Putin on national security issues.
Siding with a trained, former KGB agent/war criminal over their own security apparatus.
The only explanation for this kind of behavior is some sort of major personal gain.

Trump can't wait for Ellison to take over CNN.
There will be so many Scott Jennings soon...

From Israel's point of view, there's a new, more extreme leader with a potential 40-year non-stop regime ahead for him.
So the situation in the long run is now worse than before this war.
I doubt Israel wants to call it a day quite yet, and depending on what Bibi has on Trump, neither will the US.

Retroactive punitive laws are no real laws.
How could anyone foresee some future change like that?
Trying that in Europe and especially in the EU is just making Hungary to look even worse than they already are.
Add any mistreatment of the couriers on top of that.

Maybe still on international issues, but they have gone full Farage for UK matters. Or international ones touching the Reform UK somehow. Or tarnishing Labour on some nonsense.
That's a shame. They used to be the gold standard.
DW looks the most balanced to me, on this side of the pond.

Yes, and as the grid batteries are stationary and therefore space & weight are not an issue, the combination of cheapest and most rechargeable cycles takes precedence. Not just the capacity: simply make it larger if needed.
This is an entirely different ballgame than with the EVs.

The whole messaging of the US leadership looks like the propaganda of North Korea more and more every day.
How do they manage to find the most obnoxious and seemingly incompetent people? For EVERY job.
Even the presumably sane ones like Rubio just spiral down to the same level with blinding speed.

CNN should go all in now.
Ellison is on his way.
Go out with a bang. You will go out anyway.
The pool of reliable US news sites is evaporating quickly.
Even BBC has got the right-wing fever these days, sadly.
DW, France 24 and TVP still hold the fort on this side of the pond.

Both sides yearn for the Armageddon to start.
Dragging NATO into the fight is the natural next step.

Chuckled when I read this.
There's plenty of "speaking-in-tongues" folks wanting to be the resident "Pope" for such an endeavor.
I'm sure Trump would find a way to cash off of it, too.
Name Eric as the "first Apostle of SUSUC"?
Church slogan: "Only the idiots will enter the Heaven. Just believe me."

I noticed that you are likely a bot with a not-so well-defined response approach.
So I've said all I have to say here.

Worry of death threats from drooling, Trump-incited redhatters is a helluva incentive...
Luckily the pendulum has finally moved far enough, so that only openly criminal acts to suspend/alter voting will be effective to keep GOP in power.
Those, hopefully, are the bridge too far for US citizens.

You don't take into account the fact that solar & wind are free, and the consumption during nighttime is considerably lower than in daytime.
The batteries take you past the afternoon/evening peak.
And there's wind always somewhere. You route the energy around. That's why grids are being updated.

"Simple metal containers" come with a lot of environmental requirements that hike their price. (L)NG also doesn't want to be liquid without cooling/pressurising.
The main difference, of course, is that you pay every time you fill up these oil & NG metal containers. Solar & wind are free.

I think that even after Trump bankrupting the farmers, the US still has enough barns with existing, zero-cost pitchforks to cover the 0.01% of population in question </sarcasm>

Fighting a billion-a-day pointless war when a large chunk of those billions must be borrowed will inevitably lead to taxation of the rich.
This is simply because the rest of the world has grown tired of funding this endless quagmire of mess.
The billionaires must help in funding, or face pitchforks.

Well, Russia put some serious boots on the ground in Ukraine.
Hasn't really gone well in the past four years.
Way over million losses and counting.
Iran is almost three times as large, with more complicated geography.
Good luck.

Looking back 50 years from now, the two men who impacted most the global transition to renewable energy will be Vladimir Putin & Donald Trump.
And they both did it totally unintentionally, destroying their respective nations' wealth in the process.
One for personal glory, another for personal gain.
