I know people can be mean and it’s really hard to not let yourself get hurt, but know that their hate is not a weight you need to carry with you. Easier said than done, I know. And I know it’s like a scar on your heart sometimes. But keep your head up.

I'm glad we were able to. My heart really hurts...

I have my cousin's funeral tomorrow and my other cousin just passed. I was close to the one that just passed. I would always see them. They were what made the holidays special when I was a kid. I feel like I just saw him. My mom and I went to Virginia last year to say goodbye.
