One of our 2024 resolutions was to play more of our unplayed boardgames. Some of my favorites from this year: Roll Player Adventures (great for fans of dnd), Dog Park (cute, light with adorable pups), and the Captain is Dead (its become our go to big group coop game.)
I recently took McKee’s Story Seminar. 🔑takeaways. 1️⃣The stuff of story is change. 2️⃣Writers block means you have nothing new to say; research to get unstuck. 3️⃣Give characters dilemmas—2 good or 2 bad choices, but they can only choose 1. 4️⃣People take the easy way until forced to make riskier choices.
