Those who do not study the history of game design are doomed to one day claim their new TTRPG has unparalleled levels of realism.

Hey everyone! It's back! I'm running the huge deal again on all 650 of my commercial use fonts! Representing over a decade of my font output, at a crazy low price of just $19 (less than I normally license a single font for!) Cheers! :) hawtpixel.itch.io/hawtpixel-fo... #gamedev #fonts #indiedev
Table of contents for the game OMEN. Grey and red stripes decorate the page with the titles for each section.
A 3D render of a spread from wolves at the lake. There's a zine and 2 red die on dark wooden planks.
A spread from a feast for a sphinx. It depicts a centipede person holding an obsidian spearhead, along with the descriptions of said weapon and the rooms 7 and 8. The colors red and gold adorn the white page.
A spread from the goblin mail extras zine. Showing two characters, a mail goblin and a robot made out of mail. The art is black and white and features halftone pictures of stamps.
Hey gamers, Luna here. I'm a graphic designer for ttrpgs, you can hire me to make your zines cooler, or to kill your enemies with my mind. Unless they deal poison damage, then I'm out. Anyways, you want this. Yes?
Trying out this pin thing π

We're stoked to introduce the 'No Gen AI' seal for indie games!
Indie devs can use it on their game's store page to assure potential players that their game was made without the use of Generative AI.
You can grab it from the Polygon Treehouse website:-

Love it!
I prefer boxed sets with tools, dice, tokens, etc. personally.
Amazing!
I just launched my zine quest kickstarter for A Blight Upon Sombreval, a dark fantasy, haunted manor style adventure for old-school and classic RPGs and their modern cousins: www.kickstarter.com/projects/cry... #osr #zinequest #ttrpg #adventuregames #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #zines

Sorry to hear it but I respect your decision. I wish I could spend less money in this hellhole of the most boring dystopia.
Sorry this happened to you. Honestly I wish more video games would credit who did what assets, as well.
Yeah, they somehow immediately added me when I joined bluesky, despite me having blocked them on about every platform, and banned them from at least two gaming discords. Quick and easy block.
I've always been partial to tabletop adventure games, but obviously that has some name collision with the video game genre. That, and some folks debate whether or not investigative or noir games count as "adventurous."
Here's a post on a topic I usually don't like to talk much about, "metagaming," but I have been roped into a few discussions recently that I wanted to have my thoughts out in written format for me to reference: aboleth-overlords.com/2024/11/21/g...

Yeah, and after his sponsor followed people expressing disappointment into the comments, flying off the handle and bringing up "libs on tiktok" when people expressed concern, Ben turned off comments and cited the usual dog-whistle of "culture war" baggage.
Very disappointing.
