The TX Supreme Court just ruled Ken Paxton can force PFLAG to turn over records based on belief—not proof that it might have material tied to a possible legal violation. No hard evidence required up front.
That’s not law enforcement.
That’s a fishing expedition with subpoenas and a political agenda
