If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.
Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and itβs your choice.
But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word.
They arenβt firing for a reason.

Donold is blaming a plane crash that killed 67 people on βDEIβ with zero evidence.
He is attempting to use racism to deflect from the fact it is HIS fault. He had just removed 100 FAA senior officials.
Itβs been 11 days and there are 67 bodies in the Potomac in Washington DC because of him.

i think it is important to say that the open and explicit racism of the president and the vice president isnβt just uncouth or βcontroversialβ but a direct attack on tens of millions of americans and a dereliction of their duty to represent the entire country

Most NJ legislators are not familiar with campaigns because the county line primary ballot has done the work of campaigning for them. So they do not understand that primary ballots are not supposed to be part of a campaign.

The New Jersey State Legislature
NJ Assembly bill says the primary ballot should
"provide voters with information as to the policy positions and endorsements of the candidates running for office" www.njleg.state.nj.us/bill-search/...
No! That's what campaigns are for. A ballot should allow voters to indicate their choice.

Fascinating paper on where 6000 global elites went to college. Billionaires, CEOs, heads of state, central bankers, etc.
In a word: Harvard.
Fully 10% of global elites went to Harvard. Elite US schools are over-represented (23% IvyPlus), but nobody comes close to Harvard.

Voters have been largely irrelevant to the NJ leg because their reelection has been determined by the design of our primary ballots rather than the votes of NJ residents.

Text of the Email That Pete Hegsethβs Mother Sent Him
Penelope Hegseth sent the email to her son in 2018 as he was in the middle of divorcing his wife, Samantha.
This email from Hegsethβs mother β βyou are an abuser of womenβ β is mostly about how he himself acts personally. Donβt forget he is also looking to bring expressly misogynistic ideas to DoD policies.

The data does not suggest that New Jersey is shifting dramatically to the right. However, a realignment does appear to be taking place that reflects some of the national demographic trends.
