Startnwith some mild commercial cajun seasoning and it something with at least a couole teaspoons in it twice a week for about 3 mo and gradually increase the amount of cayenne in it.
I save the cajun for allergy seasons. The heat spices do help.
The mistake most white people make with spices is thinking you can eat something really spicy like once a month and it's not going to literally burn your ass every time.
