Outdoor air impacts the quality of the air indoors & can influence how much more time kids are asked to stay inside.

Keep that indoor air free of infectious disease, pathogens and pollution & they have a true reprieve.

Average life expectancy among First Nations people in British Columbia has dropped by more than six years between 2017 and 2021, according to a report released Wednesday by the First Nations Health Authority and the office of the provincial health officer. The report says First Nations life expectancy in B.C. fell from 73.3 years in 2017 to 67.2 years in 2021. Life expectancy for First Nations males declined by 6.8 years, and 5.2 years for females, for an overall decline of 6.1 years, the report said.

'We're not where we need to be yet' Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said the report indicates "modest improvement," but "we're not where we need to be yet." She said the data in the report help tell a story of where B.C. has been when it comes to health and wellness for First Nations people and where it must go. So it isn't just me. No acknowledgement that people travel to regions where the situation may be worse. Not a word about COVID, which is year-round and is transmitted by breathing, often asymptomatically. Her advice is to wash our hands and cover coughs and sneezes. 🤷

Yes, I still #BuyCanadian, in fact I have found products for everything I purchased bedfore, Canada makes some incredible products, all you have to do is look, if you go to smaller local stores, farmers market style, you will find local products. Many prices have come down as well. #Canada🍁💪

Was interested…’til I learned it was in London UK! lol (We have a London here in Canada as well.)
