I started the year with Native Son and needed to quell some of my rage 😆 so, I’ve been reading for genuine fun the rest of this month. Books 1-3 in Walter Mosley’s Easy Rawlins series, Yellowface, Ministry of Time (boooo), and for some reason a slew of thrillers lol

I’ve read 8 books already this month, tryna make it 10 fr, but I gotta love what I’m reading to finish that fast.

This report takes like 20-30 min to do.
She always takes literally 2-4 hours. Tryna act like it’s such a task. No, you lack the literacy to streamline the process.

Why would I want to do it your way? You print out hundreds of pages of a report to keep in a binder, and never look at again, when that report is saved on our companies program to be readily accessible whenever.

My manager always over complicates the things she is “teaching me” and I feel like like she’s compensating for the fact it’s not hard and I can do it without all that extra “the way I do it” bullshit.
