I fail to see how it it legal to single out a section of society in this fashion.

Banning HRT for trans people is not only immoral. It is dangerous. Post-Op trans women people do not naturally produce estrogen. They receive it through HRT. Estrogen prevents bone degradation (osteoporosis).

The complete removal from the NHS, and possible criminalization, of all medication for trans people.
