Advocates for Representation, TrailblazeHERs in Gaming, and Community Champion - this kind of recognition is incredibly meaningful.
Thank you everyone! Advocating for accessibility is often a hard and emotionally draining job. We often remember the features that got cut and forget the progress we make. The GA Conf awards is an amazing opportunity to celebrate the games and the people who make accessible games possible.
Holy, I cannot believe this actually happened! I won?!
Thank you everyone! I have had one of the hardest year in 2025, but the focus on accessibility, something so much more important in the big scheme of things, have kept me afloat and happy <3
But I'm standing on shoulders of giants
Thank you so much! You have done so much in these years. Your energy, knowledge, charisma and more make you unique and so deserving of this recognition.
First of all, thank you so much to everyone for this award. I was happy with the nomination, so you can't imagine how I feel right now ๐. Everyone who was nominated alongside me was equally deserving, and it's an honor to be among them. Thank you so much.

All that remains is for me to wish you all a happy end to the year, a wonderful start to the New Year, and that we can enjoy it with health, work, and the love of our family and friends.
Happy New Year!
I know it has been a difficult year due to the loss of colleagues who are no longer with us for one reason or another, and all the effort invested is even more commendable.
For those of us who use accessibility features in video games, it has been a pretty good year. Therefore, I want to congratulate and thank all those who have worked so hard to make video games increasingly accessible to everyone.
This year I also served as a judge again for various accessibility awards, such as the AGDAs, The Game Awards, and the GACONF Awards. At the latter, I had the honor, for the second year in a row, of being nominated for two awards, alongside people whose work I greatly admire.
I'm very happy that more people will be able to enjoy these games.
I'm looking forward to next year, when some other games I was able to contribute to will be released. I hope that next year I'll have more opportunities to continue collaborating on more projects, which is my passion.
and meeting new ones in person for the first time.
On the other hand, it was exciting to see the release of games I contributed to, along with others, explaining potential barriers and helping to make them more accessible. The work done by the developers exceeded all my expectations.
2025 is coming to an end. It's time to take all the good things we've experienced and learned and carry them into the next year.
Personally, I had a year of ups and downs. Health, as always, was the most challenging aspect. However, I also had great joys: reconnecting with old friends
I want to wish you all a great holiday. Whether you celebrate it as Christmas or just a break, enjoy these days in your own way and as much as you can.๐
I also know these days can be difficult. Please reach out if you need it. ๐ซ
Your game puts narrative and art at the core of its identity and understands that accessibility doesn't change the experience or impact, it expands it to more players. Congrats #SouthOfMidnight !

As someone who has played DOOM since the original's release, The Dark Ages allows me to feel again the excitement of becoming a demon-slayer. Congrats for the Innovation in Accessibility award! Thanks to everyone who made it possible.
