The probable cause affidavit for the first of my 2020 arrests: On or about the 29th, day of May, 2020 in the County of Allen and in the State of Indiana said Defendant did knowingly commit the crime(s) of 1. Rioting 2. Disorderly Conduct 3. Obstruction of Traffic 2. The Defendant, Erin Fogg (AKA: Erin Vafiades), is described as being: female/white; 4/30/1980 3. The Affiant, Sgt. Mark Brooks 1624F, is an officer of the Fort Wayne Police Department. The Affiant believes and has good cause to believe that the said Defendant committed the aforesaid offense(s). The Affiant bases his/her belief on the fact that on Friday, the 29th day of May, 2020 at approximately 1700 hours citizens conducted a protest that developed into civil unrest. During the course of the evening crowds moved onto the street and blocked the normal flow of traffic, multiple structures were damaged, water bottles were thrown at police officers and the crowd was ordered to disperse as it was unruly. 4. On 6/01/2020, I worked with a team of detectives to follow up on the criminal charges and damage to the downtown Fort Wayne/Allen County area. On a twitter video from 5/29/2020, I observed a subject later identified as Erin Fogg, wearing a green jacket and wearing a hat. Fogg was observed in the video standing in the roadway on Clinton just north of Main Street. Fogg was standing in front of a blue BMW, shouting at the driver and preventing the vehicle from moving forward. Fogg was carrying signs and was observed yelling at the driver repeatedly. At this point, many people surrounded the vehicle. On another video from 5/29/2020 on NBC Fort Wayne, you could see Fogg's face and she was wearing a green jacket and hat while she was at the intersection of Berry and Clinton at about the time she yelled at a public official. Games had "cartridges" before him, but they were literally smoke and mirrors - early consoles used cards as basically switches to toggle the machine between several pre-programmed games. This is Jerry Lawson. He invented the video game cartridge for the Fairchild Channel F system. Because of his invention, many consoles had cartridges and CD formats and would become the norm.
The Atari 2600, NES, Genesis, and many consoles wouldn't exist without him.
