Did not know this was happening but hurrah, can we get rid of the bishops next, then maybe an elected second chamber?

No interpersonal skills. Films, birds, books, science and so on. Socialist, atheist, AuDHD, guitar botherer. Officially not psychotic, will probably blame Thatcher, may post pictures of cats. No user serviceable parts inside.

It's my birthday in only 11 months...?
Quite fun that the people too dumb for Reform UK Ltd are defecting to RestoreBritain. Soon the ones too dumb even for that will have to choose between starting their own party or defecting to the Conservatives.
The problem with this is that at least a quarter of my Bluesky mutuals are bigger archive TV buffs than I am, so even if I mention something that 99.9% of people have never heard of I'd get a hundred replies saying "Surely everyone's seen that? I got the DVD in a Network sale in 2015!"
Ultimately, despite all the talk of indices and rates and instruments, much of the actual day-to-day movement of stock prices comes down to vibes.
For a long time the only keyword on that film's imdb page was "all-american canal system". Sadly not any more.

All you folks out there showing off about your music collections and playlists and so forth, I need you all to know that your music taste is, without doubt, much *much* better than mine and I keep nicking suggestions.
Good luck. Remember even the smallest victory is still a victory.

Fabulosa! What a find!
Photo from the early 1970s of a man on horseback negotiating the Birmingham inner ring road at Holloway Head
Iโm searching for the original and/or rights owner of this fabulous picture of Birmingham in the early 1970s. It popped up on my Instagram feed, but Iโve been unable to track it down.
Any leads? Iโm really hoping to use it in a book.
(And would much appreciate a RT please)
Offer from an ebay seller showing the offer is 40p higher than the original price (ยฃ11.38 vs original ยฃ10.98)
I add a lot of things to my ebay watchlist and sellers often send me offers. Today's a first though in that the offer is higher than the original price. I'm baffled.
Happy birthday tomorrow morning!

A huge stone fireplace, six metres wide and two metres high in a stone wall. A man in a burgundy coat and grey hat is standing in it with a medium white dog on a lead. The dog is going down the steps from the hearth. The fireplace is in the great hall at Linlithgow Palace.
Linlithgow Palace today.

Devil In The Dark is a top 3 episode not just for the non-human monster but for the way the miners immediately back off once they realise what they've done - that's a *good* future. Excellent performances all round too.
