In all earnestness, what is “the American language?” Is it English? Spanish? Portuguese? I doubt French, but a significant population does speak French.

My daughter is supposed to be in one of those specialty drugs for rare diseases. But now she’s waiting another 8 months or more. Thankfully it’s not a life threatening disease, but still. It was proven safe and effective. It was denied approval because, “does it really improve quality of life?”
