I hear that. Most of my team (including my kiddo) are seniors. It’s… a lot. (Also extra devastating that they didn’t advance)

Bestselling author of THINGS WE DIDN'T SAY, REAL LIFE & LIARS and more. Latest is historical fiction about Broadway, VIVIAN IN RED. I like to run and read, but not at the same time. Rep: Carly Watters at P.S. Literary

Epic
Oh noooooo
Glad they get another shot
The spoon dress!
I’m no Cory Booker, but I did run my laps on the track this morning without headphones because the battery died 🏅
I mean, I’m no Cory Booker but I did write over 2,800 words today
Thanks. It’s been a wild ride!
I coach spon as best I can but it’s a whole different world of course. We’ve had other years where they nailed it. As you know I can’t say much more! 🤐
Good luck!
It wasn’t our day…. Spontaneous is like that sometimes! 🫣 Skit went off great though and although we didn’t qualify outright we still have a little time where if there’s space we could get invited
If you think what happened to Rumeysa Ozturk can't happen to you because you're a citizen and she's not, you are sorely mistaken. Ozturk was snatched off the street not for being a national security threat but for having a wrong opinion. If we don't put a stop to this, it's coming for all of us.
The Chelsea character on White Lotus
She deserves the world
Screenshotted list of Kristina Riggle book titles found in a database that Meta pirated for training its AI product
Meta stole so many of my books to train AI (all of them) the list can barely fit in a screenshot . They even stole a novella that I barely publicize because it’s almost impossible to find. We chumps have to follow rules and laws and the tech zillionaires do what they want.
Jason Isbell released the lyric "Last year was a sonofabitch/ for nearly everyone we know" in 2017 and it just... continues to ring true.
Odyssey of the Mind state finals! I filtered the daylights out of this photo. Coach life.
We are mostly seniors and this is our last year!
#OdysseyoftheMind
This was *so* fun. I forgot it was being broadcast and just acted like I was chatting with friends, so who knows what I said?
Saw a "Trump 2028" bumper sticker on a pickup truck today, so yeah, everything's going great, guys. Not ominous at all.
(Typed in the sarcasm font, in case that was not abundantly clear)
Breaking my Sunday social media hiatus to celebrate the Smashwords #ebookweek25 sale, with Vivian in Red at 99 cents
Wow!!!!! Good for you!
Ok if we both go to Worlds I want one of those (we were the only ones at our regionals as well)
Nice. Good luck! Our state finals is two weeks from today. Heading to practice now
Chocolates in a clear container held in front of a background of colorful flowers
Bought some handmade chocolate with cash at one of my favorite local spots
I haven't caught up on all the details and now I have to leave, but it seems like a good time to say.... Slava Ukraini
A cover of Things We Didn’t Say by Kristina Riggle with two review quotes: “The characters in this novel are so real, I hated to come to the end” and “A story that just jumps off the pages at you”
In other news, I just found out the ebook of my USA Today bestselling book THINGS WE DIDN’T SAY is $1.99 across formats. Enjoy

A hardcover copy of Ben Bradlee’s memoir next to a Blu Ray of the movie “The Post”
A screen shot of the Washington Post message after canceling a subscription: “We’re sorry to see you go”
Welp, I’m out. When the gajillionaire regime-appeasing owner brings down the hammer on what opinions are allowed, I no longer trust the whole operation. Sorry to the good reporters doing their best. It’s not you.
(This movie is still phenomenal, one of the best depictions of newspapering on film)
The first five minutes of the new White Lotus freaked me out and I shut it off. That was not the darkly comic escapism I came for
This made me ACTUALLY laugh out loud, not LOL
Listening to DJT talk about kicking out all the Palestinians and drooling over Gaza being redeveloped into some kind of fancy property development is gross and appalling.
Not to mention gutting foreign aid. Which hurts people, and gives an opening to our adversaries which makes us less safe
95 percent sure I'm in the background of a fitness video today. She killed it and her outfit was super cute. I'll be the middle aged lady with dodgy knees, modifying the exercises, my unwashed hair spraying out of a claw clip and greenish dark circles under my eyes, visible directly behind her
Why did I wait so long to get to Epilogue Books in Rockford MI? It’s 20 miles away, not 200. Anyway, fixed that now #booksky
