Throwback to one of my favorite days ever with MiMi Fulton! 💖

The photo was taken from on top of a ladder about 10 ft up, with model MiMi Fulton lying on the floor and lit from above her head. The rest is just a lot of masking and photoshop layers. There are a lot of good neon tutorials on YouTube that help you create shapes like these.
