A google maps view of the area around the Strait of Hormuz, with crude markup showing the 4 steps to successfully clearing the strait: 1. Build up speed 2. Hit Trampoline 3. Cool backflip 4. Nail the landing The boat is illustrated using a clip art yacht, and the trampoline is also just kind of floating there.

I was in Paris for one overnight stay in 2014. That first day was my solo trip up to Notre Dame (great novel, favorite Disney movie), and the morning after, before the bus left, was a quick power walk through the Louvre to find the Mona Lisa to be like "Huh? It's not big? Where's the rest of it?"
That's fair - they do have a jack of all trades to them and can do a bit of everything. I've never been all in on the Wildshape mechanic, but loved playing one. Of course, then that's just a nature wizard at that point, which is basically all I wanted out of it.
Why druid? Rangers I get, and many have talked about their issues ad-nauseum.

For as much as I've played since release, only beaten once. That Act 3, though quite ambitious and I admire how much they clearly put into it, but it kinda loses me every time.
Maybe my gay half orc Durge will make to the end my current go around. π€π€
Suddenly wearing baggy clothes, holding large handbags and potted plants all the time, all the usual ways tv covers up an actress' pregnancy.
Man: "I did think she was doing a lot of laundry."
I was just reminded of her like 2 days ago and felt my body crumble to dust when I read how long ago it was.
Beauty and the Beast is really one of the best they ever made, but I just love Aladdin more.
Being the first movie I remember seeing in theaters helps, too.
Nobody hates living veterans more than Republicans. Dead veterans they can exploit in videos. But living veterans with opinions and medical needs are literally offensive to conservatives.
I think war is serious business, real life-and-death stuff, and should be taken seriously by people who initiate and prosecute it.
Sorry to get so partisan, but thatβs how I feel.

Oh absolutely. Fortunately I can manage last minute for this every two week group since his stuff is mostly done here.
I'm gearing up to run Strahd in about a month or so for the first time, and absolutely salivating at the thought of being down folks in a given session not really mattering.
when the DnD player who's character's quest we're in the middle of cancels 2 hours before start time
I hope he does his best "Steve from Sex And The City" again
He's pretty good, but the fire pomeranian may make me break my grass first each gen playthrough.
The takeover of Twitter was a preview of what we're all living with now and a stark example of why you can't let any one person have too much money: they go insane and make themselves everybody's problem
great replacement except they want to import racists
Man this sucks
I dunno, Jurassic World told me people would easily get bored of dinosaurs or whatever.
I am gay and ditto
Any thing that isn't praising it as a masterpiece would mean it's overhated. It rules so much.

Honestly we should have all known we were in a dangerous global decline as soon as Hollywood struggled to make a new movie about Blade

The tariffs were obviously blatantly unconstitutional from the moment that they were imposed. If the Supreme Court is going to have a shadow docket and make emergency orders, it's absurd that they let these tariffs stand for a year.
We watch The Price is Right channel at night when husband isn't sure he'll stay up much longer, and over the weekend, it was like a jump scare when I saw that our former governor candidate in Virginia in 2024 Winsome Earle-Sears appeared in a 1988 episode of The Price is Right.
She lost there, too.
My husband and I have been watching The Simpsons from the beginning the last month or so, and for me, it's been probably since the movie that I've watched anything Simpsons all the way through.
Anyways, that has been in my head for at least that long, and I randomly remember it every other week.
