Having no prior knowledge of TMNT, I know I would be enjoying #MTGTMT wayyyy more if I wasn't online so much. Seeing all the hate is actively hurting my enjoyment of the set.

First in-person draft of TMT, and when we couldn't scrounge up enough players to do a regular draft, we team-drafted instead. My 2-1 wasn't enough to carry my team, but I had a great time anyways!

There are days where you think everything's going okay.

Per sister's recommendation, I watched Netflix's Million Dollar Secret this week.

Just enough rules were explained to cover what's relevant to each episode, but I kept thinking "Okay but what about the lategame" and it detracted.

But as more rules became known, the game (and the show) got better.

If I had a nickel for each person I knew who opened a foil Badgermole Cub out of a collector booster and sold it to Card Kingdom for store credit to finish a new commander deck, I'd have two nickels.
Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

Possibly my last draft of ECL, and this Faeries deck fell just short of making the finals but it got a lot of chatter at the table!
