That player will join us in Ubud for a full week. Flights covered. Accommodation covered. Yes, most likely a villa. And yes, almost certainly with a pool.

Every November, our team follows a small ritual. We step away from our desks, fly to Ubud in Bali, and spend a week together slowing down, thinking deeply, and reconnecting with why we do this in the first place.
