At a London bus stop. The Brits are telling it like it is.
Please share, thanks..
And mine too...
We don't understand her madness, but we will stand up against her hate, however many times she wants to come to town.
We'll keep you up to date when we get more information through, but if you are able to keep the weekend free to join us, that would be wonderful. Thanks all.

My Name is Philippa (my memoir, in print, ebook and audiobook, narrated by Jackie Meloche)
It will be very interesting! I know which businesses I'll be supporting and not supporting once June comes around and they have to make a decision.
Signed this important initiative
Just gonna post this real quick to filter out any transphobes from my audience.
You all know why Iβm doing itβ¦
This is not a post to critisise trans allies. I am, however, increasingly shocked at the lack of outcry from most cisgender people to the ever rising anti-trans hate. Trans people in the US and UK are being legislated out of existence.
What will it take?
Please share.
Rev. Mariann Edgar Budde to Trump: "I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared now. There are gay, lesbian, and transgender people in Democratic, Republican, and independent families, some who fear for their lives ... and the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals"
C!s people don't get to determine what is and isn't transphobic. Trans people do.
I as a trans person say misgendering and dead naming (using a trans persons pre-transition name) is transphobic.
Trans people. Repost if you agree π³οΈββ§οΈ
Sounds just like mine!
Australian FAMILY COURT rejects the CASS report.
Justice Tree pointed to the Cass Review's βdeficiencies, blind spots and limitationsβ and to βan overt political imperativeβ behind it.
He gave it βlittle weightβ in his decision.

God Is An Astronaut in full flight tonight in a packed Button Factory
Let it be pointless. It may ultimately one day serve a purpose, but it doesn't right now and no one will ever care and that's fine. This is how you start writing.
Thanks Γine, great to be here and yes, an Irish queer group here would be super. Must check and see if there is one already!
Hi Jennie, welcome (though I'm really only here recently myself!)
Now that I'm retired and working on a queer science fiction novel I'm writing at home a lot with music on my earphones but I get distracted by our cat, my wife and guilt over housework not being done! So what's your ideal writing spot, best time, ambience etc etc
Just wondering what sort of location people write in - home, coffeeshop, office, anywhere at all? I wrote a lot of my memoir, My Name is Philippa, in a Dublin City Centre coffeeshop most Sunday mornings, the staff knew me, I enjoyed the buzz which helped me concentrate.
Budapest next week: on lesbian archives panel, LIFT, celebrating 25 yrs Hungarian lesbian organisation Labrisz. Their resistance, resilience and fabulousness in the face of right-wing oppression and prejudice is inspirational.
LOAFERS is screening in Budapest tonight, with Hungarian subtitles.
Thanks for the promo Orla! π
It is!
@sharrow.bsky.social thanks for the repost Janet! I've had Bluesky for a while just haven't used it much
Hi all, I was asked to do short reviews of the 3 favourite books I've read this year. Just in case you need something to read over Christmas!

Two years ago my memoir My Name is Philippa was published! And a few month's ago it came out as an audiobook.
Good to be here, haven't used X/Twitter for ages and looking for recommendations of groups/topics to follow here. I'm interested in science fiction, lgbtq+, cycling, science, music, much more
