lol like i'm little confused by people get upset about factual information like the story of Black unemployment rising is about Black women! That's not to say Black men didn't lose jobs at all, but it is to say the net result centers on job losses for Black women.

lol people keep trying to take this conversation from Black women to Black people overall...and the reality is:

Black men experienced a net employment GAIN in 2025. This conversation about rising unemployment among Black people is SPECIFICALLY about Black women. Literally.

Pushed out in 2023, penalized for consulting and barred from full time employment ever since.

BUT I’ve consistently been interviewed for 9+ rounds, case studies, work assignments, strategy sessions for roles that are never filled & mentorship requests = free consulting & training.
