Tr*mp isn’t even trying to hide it. His demands around elections are about the GOP winning - they know everything he’s doing is grossly unpopular, & they can only win if they keep people from voting. As usual, he only cares about his own grasp on power.

I’m with @rygraham.bsky.social. I can’t wait to yell at my tv because I’m horrified by the Sox pitching, instead of (in addition to) yelling at my tv about the state of the world! www.bostonglobe.com/2026/03/08/o...
I’m super excited for the World Cup (Hup Holland Hup!), but the Foxborough Select Board is 100% right here. It is absurd and unrealistic for an international sporting event to ask any municipality to front 10% of their annual budget! www.bostonglobe.com/2026/03/06/s...
A horrible loss for our neighborhood here in Washington Square. Gerry’s warmth and love for people (and pups) were infectious. Sending love wnd strength to Alma and the sntire WST community. brookline.news/washington-s...
Someone loved being able to go for a walk without a coat today!
Oh my goodness, that is so hard. A privilege in many ways, but so hard. Sending you lots of grace and strength.
**would** have done
I hear you. I have no idea what our family wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t in a position to move in with my parents for 5 months to be his full time caregiver. Which, of course, blew up my career and my finances. I’m grateful to have been able to do it, but it was brutal in every way.
I’ll also never forget his last 3 days when he was admitted to a hospice facility. I could no longer manage his pain & care at home. The nurse looked at me & said “Here you can focus on just being family. We’ll take care of him.” I practically broke into pieces. Patients & families deserve better.
I’ll never forget the day his pain got so bad that I had to call the hospice hotline & they taught me how to grind up pain meds, make a thin paste some water, & try to help him swallow. Hospice is staffed w/ angels spread far too thin (ours came 1 hour/week) & deeply underfunded.
The memories came flooding back when I read this. Bathing my Dad. Figuring out how to move him. The color coded chart I made to mange his meds. Alarms going off all day so I didn’t miss a dose. Being ill equipped to manage his pain. www.nytimes.com/2026/03/02/o...
Felt like an especially good day to wear this sweatshirt …

So it seems that campaign promise to end wars was just another one of Tr*mp’s jokes? 🤬
Every word of this: “Why Have You Started This War, Mr. President? www.nytimes.com/2026/02/28/o...
That’s so awesome!
Sad news. My running days are long behind me, but way back when Galloway’s books helped me train for 4 Half Marathons and 2 Marathons - distances that were so far outside of my ability to comprehend at the time. Forever grateful. www.runnersworld.com/news/a704440...
Proud bike share mom over here!
When we launched what was then Hubway in Brookline in 2012 we had 3 stations. To see the program plan to add 25 stations to the existing 14 is just so exciting!

Pups > POTUS all day long!
It could be a Richard Scarry picture book and it would still be smarter and more substantive than the bullshit that will come from the rostrum tonight.
Honestly, even if you’d been at your desk since 6am and didn’t have a damn thing left to do, working still seems like the better alternative!
Way better alternative!
Soooooo, what’s everyone doing tonight to avoid thinking about how the SOTU is even happening?
Yes on all fronts! Old building … pros and cons!
Literally only by the clock. 🤣
Good morning!
