It really does feel like it’s always something, doesn’t it? The constant maneuvering, timing retirements around political control… it turns the Court into just another chessboard. Hard to tell where principle ends and strategy begins anymore

When federal decisions hit local communities this hard, it’s fair to ask who’s footing the bill. Accountability shouldn’t just be political, it should mean real responsibility and real repair.
