I see it as a decline that started with Nixon. Job contracts eliminated, pensions destroyed, unions busted in the 80’s.
We do some improvements in the 90’s. it that was destroyed again by Bush 2. Obama also fixed some things but those have been ruined since.
I’m not sure we can fix things anymore.
